June 2023 – the release of “Sinergie”

The world of real estate is changing at a superfast pace: the way buyers, owners and agents interact is changing. People are chatting, browsing, taking virtual tours, communicating more and differently. Traditional rentals are unobtainable, the “air bnb model” is rampant and creating controversy. New rules are put in place, mortgages soar, sales channels are changed, and new sources of inspiration are sought to adapt to an industry galloping at the pace of technological innovations.

Gerardo Paterna, an esteemed real estate consultant for more than 25 years, tireless trainer, book author and founder of Dilvulgare ( http://www.divulga.re ) proposed me to collaborate on a compelling project, the release of a new magazine: “Sinergie,” a print magazine dedicated to people, opinions and trends in Italian real estate, asking me to take care of the column dedicated to home staging.

“Sinergie” was designed to tell the story of the real estate universe in profound evolution: so it seemed to me an unmissable opportunity to raise awareness of how strategically decisive it can be for agents and homeowners to evaluate the most innovative marketing and property enhancement strategies to use before putting their properties on the market.

And that’s my first contribution to ‘Sinergie’.
